The form above will help us get started on your offer. All we need is your name, address, contact information, and some pictures of the interior and exterior of your property. You may also add additional comments regarding your property such as: a new roof, new hvac, recently painted, etc.
After collecting your information from the form you submitted; we will evaluate your property and reach out to you if we have any questions. We will then generate an offer for you.
Once both parties come to an agreement; we will send you over a Sales Agreement via phone/email. We use DocuSign as a simple and quick method of signing. We will happily guide you through the process, and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Finally, the last step is to get you paid! We will have a check written out for the full amount of the purchase. Quick, easy, and simple process.
